Keith Whyte is Executive Director of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) in Washington, D.C. NCPG is neutral on legalized gambling and its mission is to lead state and national stakeholders in the development of comprehensive policy and programs for all those affected by problem gambling. He has over 20 years of national experience in gaming and problem gambling issues. Recognized widely for his work on gaming policy, Mr. Whyte has presented on gambling issues in 39 US states and 13 countries. He has testified before the United States Congress four times on internet gambling legislation and appeared before numerous state legislative and regulatory bodies. Keith developed the first US online responsible gaming standards and the world’s first social gaming consumer protection guidelines. He is frequently quoted in the national and international media.
