David Carroll is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. In this capacity, he oversees recruiting and retention, team member training & development as well as compensation and benefits for Hard Rock International (domestically and internationally), Seminole Hard Rock Support Services and Seminole Gaming.
Carroll is also charged with developing and managing a rich corporate culture among 55,000+ team members. Carroll has 37 years of gaming and hospitality industry experience, having worked with Harrah’s Entertainment, Horseshoe Gaming and the Wynn Las Vegas prior to joining Seminole Gaming. He began his career with the Seminole Tribe of Florida in 2011 as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for Seminole Gaming.
Carroll is also an airline industry veteran. Before moving into the gaming industry, he spent 12 years working in the personnel departments at Southwest Airlines and Continental (now United) Airlines.
A native of North Miami, FL, Carroll attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Phoenix.
