Andrew Walter has served as Counsel at the Connecticut Lottery Corporation since 2012. Prior to that, he worked in the Connecticut Superior Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court in various attorney roles. In addition to his legal duties at the Lottery, Andrew also works on the Corporation’s governmental affairs and is active in its corporate responsibility and responsible gambling initiatives. Andrew serves as a member of the National Association of State and Provincial Lotteries’ Responsible Gambling Committee, is the Chair of the National Council on Problem Gambling’s Federal Affairs Committee for the 2018-2019 term, and is active in his community, serving as Secretary and a Member of Board of Directors of AIDS Connecticut, and a member of the Town of Simsbury Public Building Committee.
