Each state, rightfully, needs to examine regulation of new forms of gaming and decide the optimum model for itself, its citizens and its stakeholders. But there is a wealth of best practices to be shared between regulators and legislators to avoid excessive regulatory fragmentation that creates burden on the industry, and consumes public funds. This discussion will bring regulatory and legislative forces to come up with common grounds to tackle responsible gambling, sports integrity and enforcement in the spirit of collaboration and unity.
