Sports betting regulation in the US is continually evolving in response to new market conditions and technologies however esports has often found itself excluded from sports betting bills with legislators saying it’s too early and the risks of minors’ betting is too high.  The new legal rulings which have come out only this year have created a Pandora’s box of legal and regulatory issues leaving many to question how this will affect esports
